We Love Our Children

 

Please drivers when you are picking up at 2.30pm could you kindly not park at the traffic lights/pedestrian crossing on Dr Mannix Road. The crossing should be completely clear at all times to allow the safe crossing of our children.

If you park at the railings you are causing a blind spot for other drivers, our children need to be seen clearly when crossing the road.

Please think before you park!

 

 

 

MATHS WEEK - ALL WEEK - CHECK OUT INITIATIVES FOR MORE INFORMATION.

 

NEW PARENTS ASSOCIATION COMMITTEE FORMED.  Thanks to the exit Committee and Welcome to our new Chairperson ;Caroline Keady, Secretary; Luigia Panfili and Treasurer; Claire Murray. 

 

HALOWEEN Costume Parade on THURSDAY 26th OCTOBER - 2euro per costume entry and fundraising goes towards the  Autism Galway Partnership & the Parents Association! It should be fun! This year children are asked to create a costume that has a link to the theme of light and space! 

 

****NEW **** TABLE TENNIS. PRIVATELY RUN CLASSES. Friday's 2:30pm to 3:30pm in the school hall. Coach: Niall O' Flaherty (086) - 1676495.

Numbers are limited to 24 per session. The coach will call to the school on Wednesday's for a €3 payment. A table tennis ticket will be given to the pupil. Once they receive a ticket, they can play in the next Friday session. In this way parents will know who is / is not for pickup. If there is no school on the Friday there will be no table tennis that day. 

 

***NEW ****CHINESE CULTURE & LANGUAGE CLASSES starting, in school  Thursday 5th October and every Thursday for 6th class students only!
